The 3c is the most common and the 90c the least common. All these stamps were re-issued in 1875, and with the exception of the 1c, are worth a lot more. The chances of you having these reprints are slim to none and unless they come with a certificate of authenticity one can presume that they are the 1869 issue. The exception, as mentioned, is the 1c which is slightly more common as a reprint. I would not bother trying to tell the difference, the difference in value is not that great.

Versions of the 15c and the 24c exist with their centers inverted, or upside down, on a very few stamps.
