Big, descriptive images, really great feedback and 100% at that. One of my favorite dealers, prices low and attracts lots of bids. Earning a reputation as someone to buy from. Material is always better than average quality. Loves finding bargain mint 19thC. |

One silly negative a long time ago. Great dealer. Most of the mail that I recieve concerns negative feedback about dealers, occassionaly I recieve mail telling me how wonderful a dealer is. Shopesiw gets more than his fare share of this mail. His customer service and attention to detail has won him many fans. |

Poor pictures on general lots. 2008 update: Quality of the pictures improved. Mostly fixed price and all singles |

Feedback is about stamp being mis-identified, not what was advertised or about poor packing or lost shipments. On responses seller always blames buyer and does not offer refunds. July 2005 update, feedback getting worse, seems to have stopped selling. December 2005 update. Seller has turned around. Six months of great feedback with no negatives. Only dealer on this board to increase their percentage. Loses two red arrow, gets a star! January 2007 update: Maintains perfect record |

Added to this list in 2008. US singles, with a mixture of .99c starts and 'buy it now' offerings. I can vouch for the fact that this dealer knows his stamps and is extremely honest in his transactions and descriptions. One should mention that geokster has done a lot of service to the stamp community in attempting to clear up misleading descriptions and fraudalent dealers. |

No negatives - ever! Mr integrity. |
|
Sells mostly collections, mostly US material. This guy is catching up with Roecy and NY Stamps in the amount of US collections he sells. The material is lot of what you would find on the bargain table, which is not a bad thing. If you are starting a collection or want to fill holes with common stamps, he is a good place to start. |

This dealers negative feedback is going from bad to worse. But this is only due to a buyer from South Korea that he seems to have really upset. Otherwise most feedback is of a positive nature. Loses red arrow January 2008 update: No negative feedback for a year now, plus an extra 2,000 feedback in 2007. Recieves the medallion for 2008. |

One silly negative feedback that is so far back in history as to be discounted. One recenct, and equaly unwarranted neutral feedback. |
||
Seller of bulk general items mostly of the cheaper variety, pictures are representative of the lots (a rare thing!). Look carefully at these lots as I see that quite often folks have missed out on some rare stamps in these collections and the winner has made out like a bandit. One of the last old time dealers who sell it as it is, with complete honesty. |

Negative feedback is so far back in history as to be considered void. 2006 update: Picking up a lot more nuetral feedback, but from one idiot buyer. Jan 2008 Update: The sellers feedback rating percentage has improved due to the fact that they have not acquired any negative feedback since 2006. July 2008, I see the feedback percentage has plummetted, picked up five nuetrals at the beginning of the year. Since then things have improved greatly. |

Helpful guy who will go the extra mile for you. Quality merchandise. One negative which is was not well deserved and is in pre-history. 12/2006 update, sixteen more negatives, none deserved. Must have been a bad patch, last 1,000 sales did not pick up a negative. Earned the 2006 award for best seller of the year based on emails to us, high number of sales and high feedback. Aug 2008 Update: Picked up five negatves and as many again nuetrals in the beginning of the year. Nothing since then or the last 830 feedback, |

Only negative was fraudently placed, ruined a spotless reputation. Many comments on fast shipping. Jan 2007 Update: Prolific seller, quality improving all the time. No negatives for a year now. August 2008 Update: Growing his business rapidly. Seller get better, two unlucky negatives this year. |
||
Along with Gerard, NY stamps, and Pavstamps they are in the bulk business. After vacuum cleaning stamp shows you get to see the material on ebay. Good items, they benefit because they found that one country collection that you wanted that was going at a reasonable price, once upon a time, at a stamp show somewhere in Florida. Try not to bid on the fixed price, high value world collections, for the price of an airfair, you are better off going to a large stamp show and finding one yourself. |

2006 Update: This seller goes from strength to strength. After a weak 2004 and a good 2005 the seller has an excellent track record in 2006. Awarded a medallion 2008 Update: Feedback has improved since 2006, customer satifaction, reading my emails, is way up from what it was. |

Although it appears not to be the sellers fault he has a much higher than normal negative feedback on items not being received by the buyer. Probably needs to speak to Boiling Springs Post Office. July update, feedback is improving. May have shipping problem solved. December 2006 update: Feedback is getting worse, but due to unfair feedback, seller is unlucky . January 2008 update: Lots of letters of support for this dealer arrived in 2007. No negatives for nine monhs. Recieves the medallion for 2008. August 2008 update: Picking up negatives for shipping. |
||
Sells world and US. His focus is on high end material which come with high end prices. Quality is there, but you pay for what you get. Not a bargain place, however the guy knows his stamps. High shipping charges along with the high prices. If your collection has reached the stage that you have to mortgage you mother in laws car to buy the next stamp, he is probably a little cheaper than the auction houses. |

Neutral feedback is mostly minor, seller will willingly arbitrate and refund if just cause 2006 update: Feeback improved 2008 update: I notice the negative feedback has no response, I am wondering about the earlier statement about willing to arbitrate. |
||
Usualy features dealer bulk lots, these can normaly be found in the featured section of ebay. Also known as Sun Philatelic. See SCADS reference to this dealer. Provides tracking info, which is useful. If you are willing to take the risk you can pick up a staff to photograph his masses of material, and as a result they almost always miss taking a snapshot of a few beauties. |

This was once my #1 rated dealer, however in the last few months, five negatives and a host of mutualy withdrawn negatives. 2006 update: This seller has been selling gangbusters in the last year, feedback has improved but problems have not. 2007 update: Gets SCADS attention 2008: Feedback slipping . He, along with Roecy, is one of the biggest sellers of US stamps on ebay. |
||
Seller of bulk general items, glowingly described in optimistic terms, although most of the stuff he is selling is common material. Better items will be sold as singles. |
99.7% |

Feedback is generaly about being decieved by the pictures or "hyperinflated text". In most instances the seller responded that they would have refunded if the buyer had complained. July 2005 update - things about the same, items proving to be of no value when described otherwise. Seller continues to grossly inflate value of stamps in listings. December 2005 update; Feedback is getting worse, more complaints about the material being junk, earns an extra red arrow. 2006 update: Feedback still going downhill. Jan 2008 Update: Feedback still stuck at 99.5%. This is not bad as the dealer has really improved in the last six months and with this high number of feedbacks it will take some time to move back up again. |
||
One of the largest sellers on ebay stamps. Ranks up there with NYstamps, Roecy etc. However this dealer is a cut above. Does a good job and I have received many emails of support and telling me that they get a real bargains. Sometimes under describes items. The seller offers a real mix, from collections to singles, from 'buy it now' to fixed price to dollar starts. |

Most complaints about shipping, lost packages, poor packaging, wrong packages or overcharging on shipping. One or two complaints on item not being what was represented. Some negative positive comments saying the stamps looked better on the listing than what they recieved. Response from seller was mostly negative, no offer for refund indicated. December 2005 update: Seller seems to be trying to make ammends. Red arrow removed. January 2007 update: No negatives for a year now. Seller has really improved. Medallion awarded. Packing problem is no longer, no mails received regarding this past problem for two years now. January 2008 update: A few negatives in 2007, although reading them they can be discounted. |

World and US seller, one of the largest. Omnipresent. Avoid |
99.7% |

Most negative and neutral feedback relates to the item not being as described. It seems this is due to lack of knowledge about the stamp. Probably new staff issues. 2006 Update; this seller goes from bad to worse, this year I have purchased two stamps for this dealer which were wrongly described in the sellers favor. 2007 Update: Still receiving complaints about this dealer at the rate of about two negative comments a week as opposed to one positive comment a month. March update; the amount of mail about unresponsiveness to complaints, items not described as they should be, undisclosed faults etc etc is just off the scale. Avoid this dealer!! 2007 September update; A very good email from a viewer summarized Ruby Stamps, simply put; they do not know what the hell they are doing. Which means that there are real bargains as they slap a price on and see if it sticks. Ignore their estimated values, grading and anything else they state. Check the catalog and see if their price i 1000% over cv or 1% of CV. Both are possible. 2007 October update: I have four emails this week from customers questioning the extremely rare designation that Ruby stamps are assigning to their listings. In some instances they are sending scans of their own copies. Looking at the listings I would have to state that one should take most of their descriptions with a pinch of salt 2008 January update: 206 negative feedback in 2007 alone, which bumped them down from a 99.8% feedback at the start of the year to a 99.7% feedback at the end of the year. 2008 September update: Seller earns the reputation of filling my email box with more complaints than everyone else combined. |
||
THE US revenue dealer, period. If you are interested in revenues this is the man. |

I cannot believe this man has only 99.6%. Most of the negative is not Erics fault. I receive more letters of support for Eric than any other dealer. To date, I have not, in six years, received a letter of complaint. Enough said. August 2008 Update: I am getting worried about Eric, picking up negative feedback and not responding to them either. What's up Eric? |
||

December 2006 update: Feedback improving, one red arrow removed December 2007 update: Feedback still improving, the other red arrow remove August 2008: Looks like seller has returned to bad old ways |
||
Huge seller, world and a few US. Mostly singles and some very interesting items. At the time of writing a goodly percentage of revenues. Fixed price auctions, although he is rare in setting a reasonable price. Wish he sold more US! |

Negative feedback appears almost always be due to wrong item being shipped which the seller quickly ammends. Also picked up some unfair and nasty negatives, not sellers fault. I still recommend this seller. Jan 2008 update: A little negative feedback, but none of this is the fault of the seler August 2008 update: Getting negative feedback on shipping, and stupid retaliatory feedback. Ebay should stop retaliatory feedback. |

One silly negative from years ago. September 2008 update - Seller seems to be out of business |
||
Whilst NY stamps and Roecy will select what they buy from stamp shows. German based MM appears to buy up everything the dealer could not sell or material that was not worth the time or effort to sell. Their auctions feature bookcases stuffed with albums. Be very careful with these folks, there are a lot of fake German and Swiss stamps around, including faked covers, and have little value without a certificate. Also do not assume that the whole bookcase is stuffed with valuable items,what you see is probably the best. |
97.3% |
2,630 |
As would be expected (read comments on MM to your left) most of the complaints (in German so you will have to translate it) refer to the material being full of fakes or being a whole lot of Kiloware material. They do get kudos for their quick shipping, however the shipping charges are steep. Jan 2008 Update: Still getting negative feedback about the stamps being forgeries September 2008 Update: Seller appears to be out of business. |
||
General world and US. Concentrates on middle to upper singles.New for 2008. I notice that the prices his stamps realize are near the bottom for the condition described. Probably the not so great feedback is being read by his potential buyers. |

Jan 2008 - Recent feedback is not all that encouraging. Hope it improves. Mostly complaints are about gum condition and action taken when buyer attempts to resolve issue. Lower than normal score on shipping time. July 2008 - Things are getting a lot worse. Feedback has gone down five full percentage points. Picking up negatives and nuetrals. Gains a second red arrow. Looks like the seller has stopped selling September 2008 Update: Seller appears to be out of business. |
