PLATE 5 - Only one sheet of 240 stamps was put into circulation, this as Imprimature's. in 1887 36 of these were perforated. (rows K,L,M and N) of which only 16 were released. There are no Plate 5 used.
1865 9p straw, Plate 4, tied by "E.C. 73" duplex, with London June 1, 67 cds alongside, on cover "via Belgium" to St. Petersburg, "Aus England Per Aachen" on front and "Eydtkuhnen" transit on back, various charge markings and endorsements, filing folds away from the stamp, single franking to Russia, with arrival pmk (SG 98)
