Private Perforations

Companies that used their own perforations used as their resource imperforate stamps issued between the years 1906 and 1925. These perforations were applied to imperforate stamps in order the stamps they sold in their stamp machines could be easily separated. The distance between the columns of perforations can vary according to the size of the stamp, it is sufficient to say the perforations are in the stamps margins.

Under each illustration of a private perforation I have listed the catalog numbers or the stamps associated with that perforation. Click a catalog number or stamp, to find out more details about that stamp. I have listed the companies perforations roughly in the order of the quantity issued.
